These terms set the rules for using Barbour County Court Records. By visiting any page, running a search, or reading content here, you agree to everything listed below. If you do not accept these conditions, leave the site and do not use it further.

It has no affiliation with Barbour County, the State of Alabama, any Alabama court, the Barbour County Circuit Clerk, the Probate Office, the Sheriff's Office, or any federal government body. 1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. We operate on our own with no ties to any government office. We do not store official Barbour County court records, probate records, jail records, warrants, marriage records, divorce records, or vital records, and we cannot pull or file documents for anyone.

What we do is point visitors toward public records resources in Barbour County, Alabama, including official court, clerk, probate, sheriff, ADOC, ADPH, ALEA, and statewide court access channels.
